About the Role

A well-established and diversified group with strong operations in the Food & Beverage sector is looking for an experienced Finance Manager to lead its finance and accounting function. This is a senior leadership role requiring a strategic thinker with strong technical expertise, people management skills, and the ability to drive financial excellence in a dynamic environment.

Scope of Work

The Finance Manager will oversee the full spectrum of financial operations including accounting, planning, budgeting, treasury, risk management, VAT, corporate taxation, and ERP systems. Reporting directly to senior management, the role will be responsible for delivering accurate financial insights to support business growth and operational efficiency while ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead all financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, accounting, monthly closing, reconciliations, and internal controls. Develop financial strategies to improve performance, cost control, and profitability across the business. Ensure compliance with IFRS, UAE VAT, and Corporate Tax requirements. Manage statutory audits, financial risk, and reporting to stakeholders. Oversee ERP systems and franchisee management. Drive cash flow management and treasury functions. Establish and implement financial SOPs, policies, and dashboards. Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team.

Qualifications

Professional certification (CA, CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent). 10-15 years of finance experience with at least 5 years in a senior managerial role in the Food & Beverage industry, ideally within a restaurant chain. Strong technical expertise in IFRS, UAE tax regulations, ERP systems, and financial controls. Proven leadership and team management skills. Arabic language proficiency is mandatory.
