Contract Duration: 12 Months
Location: Sharjah - Ajman, UAE
Job type- Full-Time
Working Days: 5 days of working 2 days Off (Saturday and Sunday) 2 Days Working from home
Working hours: 8 hours of Duty which includes one hour of break (Shift Based)
Start Date: Immediate to 30 days

Key Responsibilities:

Take ownership of customer-reported issues, analyze root causes, and apply effective solutions within the allowed average handling time (AHT).
Deliver technical support via phone or virtual platforms, ensuring high-quality customer experience and issue resolution.
Conduct thorough troubleshooting, identify resolutions, and follow up to ensure problems are fully resolved.
Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams by following standard operating procedures.
Accurately document actions taken during support calls in systems like Motive, UCMS, or MSD.

Requirements :

UAE National with a valid Family Book
Strong communication and interpersonal skills - both in Arabic and English
Bachelor's degree in, Computer Science/ Engineering, Telecommunications, Electrical or Electronics Engineering or related field.
