Job Description

Job Purpose:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee financial planning, management, and reporting within our Real Estate development operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong finance background in real estate development and property management, coupled with excellent analytical and leadership skills to support strategic growth and ensure financial integrity.

Responsible for managing all finance-related activities as well as maintaining a healthy level of ADG's financial position and cash flow.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning & Reporting

Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models for real estate projects. Conduct variance analysis and provide insights to optimize profitability and cash flow. Monitor key financial metrics related to properties performance. Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and dashboards for management and stakeholders. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and legal regulations. Ensure ADG's cash flow level is maintained to always support the company's operations. Prepare all financial reports like P&L, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet and Income Statement etc.

Budget & Cost Control

Develop the Division's annual budget and ensure maintaining costs and expenditures within the set budget.

Investment & Asset Management:

Support investment decisions through financial due diligence and valuation analysis. Track property performance and recommend strategies for value enhancement. Review and select the investment strategies to be implemented by ADG while taking into consideration cash and liquidity risks.

Risk Management & Compliance:

Identify financial risks related to property acquisitions Ensure adherence to financial policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements. Direct the risk management analysis activities performed by the Finance Division by analyzing the liabilities and investments of the company.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or professional certifications like CFA, CPA preferred.

Minimum 5 years of experience in finance, with a focus on real estate development.

Knowledg of Odoo system would be an advantage.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.

Should act as advisory to the stakeholders on the financial matter and carry out due diligence as and when required in the organization for management to take decision.

Pay: From AED15,000.00 per month
