Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
Develop forecasts, budgets, and financial models to support business planning.
Ensure compliance with local regulations, tax requirements, and financial standards.
Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial risk.
Coordinate and manage audits with external auditors.
Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
Guide and mentor the finance team to ensure high performance.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field (master's degree preferred).
Professional certification such as CPA, CMA, or ACCA is a strong advantage.
Minimum 3 years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Strong understanding of financial regulations, audit processes, and accounting principles.
Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
