Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented

Finance Manager

to join our dynamic team and help drive our financial strategy and operations.

Role Summary:

As Finance Manager, you will lead all financial functions of the company, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance, cost control, and support for strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in the

construction or contracting industry

in the UAE, and strong knowledge of project-based financial management.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day financial activities including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management. Prepare and review financial statements, project cost reports, and monthly management reports. Monitor project budgets, costs, billing, and collections. Handle bank relations, credit facilities, and ensure liquidity management. Ensure compliance with local tax laws (VAT) and regulatory requirements. Work with external auditors for annual audits and statutory filings. Implement and enhance internal controls and financial systems. Supervise and support the finance and accounts team.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA, CMA, or MBA is a plus).

Minimum 10-15 years of finance experience in the construction/contracting sector

in the UAE or GCC. Strong understanding of cost control, WIP reports, and project-based accounting. Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., Tally, SAP, or similar). Knowledge of UAE VAT regulations and financial compliance. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
