Job Description

Title: Finance Manager

Academic Background: CA, CPA or ACCA from a recognized University.

Key Experience: 3 to 5 years' experience in handling high volume transactions in industries such as education, retail or F&B sector

Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and statements Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with business goals Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial performance metrics Ensure compliance with local regulations, tax laws, and financial reporting standards Coordinate internal and external audits and manage relationships with auditors Implement and maintain internal controls and financial procedures Support senior management with financial analysis, risk assessment, and decision-making Manage payroll, cost accounting, and financial data accuracy Supervise and mentor finance team members to ensure high performance and continuous development Collaborate with other departments to optimize financial processes and resource allocation

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
