Job Description

Oversee financial operations for all brands and branches, ensuring standardized accounting practices. Prepare accurate branch-wise and consolidated profit & loss statements. Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly cash flow reports and advise management on liquidity. Build budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support strategic planning. Identify areas of loss or overspending and recommend corrective actions. Supervise payroll processing and ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and end-of-service obligations. Ensure VAT filing, audit readiness, and accurate recordkeeping at all times. Support funding proposals and conduct ROI/feasibility analysis for new projects or expansions. Submit timely financial reports with clear insights to support decision-making. Manage accounting systems and train staff on proper invoicing and financial documentation procedures.
Desired Profile

Minimum 5-8 years of experience in finance or accounting

Prior experience in F&B, hospitality, or retail sectors is essential

Proven track record in managing financials across multiple branches or brands

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce is required. CPA, CMA, CA, or ACCA certification is strongly preferred

Proficient in Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or similar accounting software

Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling and reporting tools

Strong understanding of UAE VAT regulations and labor law compliance

Experience in payroll processing, EOSB calculations, and audit preparation

Ability to analyze cost structures (food, labor, OPEX) and implement cost controls

Capable of presenting financial data clearly to owners and management
