Summary

You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest, and owner expectations.

The Finance Manager will manage financial planning, reporting, budgeting, and analysis to ensure the financial health and growth of the organization.

Key Duties:

Manage financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis Ensure compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards Monitor cash flow and manage financial risk Prepare detailed financial reports for senior management and stakeholders Provide strategic financial advice to leadership for decision-making Supervise and develop the finance team, ensuring efficient operations Coordinate internal and external audits Manage tax filings and ensure timely payment of taxes Qualifications

2 to 3 years of work experience as a Finance Manager or similar role Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and financial modeling Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills Proficiency in financial software and MS Excel * Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
