Position: Finance Manager
Location: Abu Dhabi
Reports to: General Manager
MUST come from a large organisation, MNC or holding companies.
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead core accounting operations, ensure financial accuracy, and maintain compliance with IFRS and regulatory requirements. This role is integral to financial planning, reporting, and supporting strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the full accounting cycle including general ledger, AP/AR, and financial controls
Lead month-end and year-end closings, and prepare financial statements and reports
Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow to optimize financial performance
Develop and maintain accounting policies in compliance with IFRS
Guide and mentor the finance team to ensure effective operations
Drive internal controls, risk management, and regulatory compliance
Collaborate with other departments to support business strategy and growth
Lead statutory reporting and annual audit consolidations
Identify and implement process improvements and financial best practices
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting; MBA/CPA preferred
5-10 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills
Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
