Finance Manager

Reports To: CEO. Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Finance Manager to join our leadership team in the construction sector . The ideal candidate will be fluent in Arabic and possess strong financial acumen, leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the financial operations within the construction industry. You will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities, managing a team of accountants, ensuring compliance, and supporting strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities: Lead the finance department, supervising and mentoring a team of accountants and finance staff. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cash flow management. Provide financial insights to support executive decision-making and business growth strategies. Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards and regulatory requirements. Develop and maintain financial controls, processes, and systems to ensure efficiency and accuracy. Monitor project costs and financial performance of construction projects. Manage audits, tax planning, and liaise with external auditors and government authorities. Review and approve monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, procurement, and project management teams. Assist in contract evaluations, risk assessments, and financial analysis of project proposals. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA or CPA/CA preferred). Minimum 8-10 years of financial management experience, with at least 5 years in the construction industry . Proven leadership experience managing finance teams. Strong knowledge of construction project accounting, cost control, and financial planning. Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written) - mandatory .
