In this Finance Manager position

Contribute to design and implementation of finance strategy, plans and policies related to two or more of the Finance Job Families (e.g. a combination of RTR, PTP and Controlling activities) as per the business needs of the defined organization Oversee delivery of key finance activities and ensure that teams meet critical goals and deadlines Ensure preparation of financial reports including auditor and financial analyst reports, profit and loss, balance sheets, and regulatory reports and filings Ensure evaluation and recommend investments and other financial instruments to meet cash flow needs Advise management on financial matters related to two or more of the Finance Job Families (e.g. a combination of RTR, PTP and Controlling activities) and the impact of laws and regulations on the business Enable business decision making and performance by identifying opportunities and improving the quality of internal and external financial data Ensure all tax returns, declarations, and other required reports are submitted accurately and on time Select and manage relationships with consultants and advisors to ensure the satisfactory standards of service Ensure development of and provide forward looking financial insight on market conditions, competitors, and alternative business scenarios Analyze and recommend improvements in existing financial processes, systems and methods for enhanced effectiveness and efficiency
