The Finance Intern will be responsible for the following:
Controlling
Participation in the monthly reporting process of the company i.e. preparation of the Month End Reporting, participation in the presentation to the Finance Director as well as supporting the continuous improvement of the reporting tool
Support in the forecasting processes, e.g. wholesale
Support in the product pricing process for 19 markets
Support of ad-hoc strategic projects
Support of Implementation of a business intelligence reporting
Risk management/ ICS
Supporting the quarterly Risk Reporting to Porsche AG as well as the improvement of the Internal Control System
Supporting the Test of Effectiveness of the implemented Internal Control System
Supporting the evaluation and reporting of potential business risks
Accounting
Compile and assist reporting manager in various analyses to determine the reasonableness and accuracy of financial records
Liaise with team members and prepare the standard reporting tools for all financial and control accounts schedules on a monthly basis (advance payment accounts, accruals, prepayments, etc.)
Prepare the monthly reporting tools for VAT transactions review and reporting purposes
Assist team in compiling the data for monthly reporting to Finance Director
Administration
Reception cover for lunch and vacation shared amongst all interns
Reporting to: Head of Controlling & Head of Accounting
Qualifications
Qualifications And Competencies:
Passion for cars and Porsche brand
University study in business related areas, at least pre-degree
Excellent oral and written English skills, preferably candidate with international experience in English-speaking market
Successfully completed 6-month internship, preferably Controlling, Accounting or Risk Management
Advanced MS Office skills (especially Excel and Powerpoint)
Advanced analytical skills
Attention to detail and formality
Outgoing personality
Quickness to grasp new tasks
Independent work style, self-management
Availability for minimum 6 months
Working Hours
Fulltime position
Monday to Friday: 9:00am-6:00pm (weekend Saturday and Sunday)

*Live out option can be explored, subject to additional AED 500 per month toward transportation costs in line of shared vehicle and shared apartment)
