Job Description
To support the Finance and Human Resources departments in day-to-day activities including accounting, payroll, recruitment, and documentation. This entry-level role is ideal for fresh graduates looking to start a career in finance and HR.
Key Responsibilities:Finance Support
Assist in data entry of daily transactions (sales, purchases, expenses). Support in preparing vouchers, invoices, and receipts. Help with bank reconciliations and petty cash management. Assist in preparing monthly reports (P&L, cash flow, expense summary). Maintain proper filing of financial documents.
HR Support
Support in recruitment process (job posting, shortlisting, scheduling interviews). Assist in employee record keeping and personnel file updates. Help in attendance monitoring and leave management. Support payroll process by compiling timesheets and salary details. Assist in preparing HR letters (offer, warning, resignation acceptance, etc.). Coordinate for employee onboarding and training sessions.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in Finance/HR. Basic knowledge of accounting software (Tally, Odoo, QuickBooks, or Excel). Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint). Good communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential data.
