Financial Strategy & Leadership: Lead the development and execution of the company\'s financial strategy. Provide leadership to the finance and accounting teams, fostering a culture of transparency, accuracy, and accountability. Budgeting & Forecasting: Oversee the formulation of annual budgets, ensuring alignment with company objectives. Implement and maintain robust financial forecasting processes. Financial Reporting: Ensure timely, accurate, and comprehensive financial reporting in compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and local regulatory requirements. Present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to the senior management and board of directors. Regulatory & Compliance: Stay updated with UAE\'s financial regulations, ensuring the company\'s adherence to local tax laws, VAT regulations, and other financial compliance standards. Coordinate with external auditors for annual audit processes and ensure all findings are addressed. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring robust internal controls and compliance procedures. Oversee cash flow planning, ensuring adequate liquidity for operations and investment activities. Stakeholder Management: Engage with stakeholders, including banks, investors, and other financial institutions. Play a pivotal role in potential mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, and other corporate finance activities. Performance Analysis: Monitor financial performance metrics to drive profitability and growth. Implement financial best practices, and continuously seek opportunities for process improvements.
