BlackStone eIT is a dynamic leader in providing innovative financial and technological solutions. We are currently looking for a knowledgeable Finance Functional Consultant to be a part of our team. In this role, you will work closely with clients to enhance their financial processes and implement effective financial management systems.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with clients to understand their financial management requirements and business objectives. Analyze existing financial processes and provide recommendations for improvements and efficiencies. Assist in the implementation and configuration of financial software solutions, such as ERP systems. Conduct training sessions for clients to ensure proper use and understanding of financial tools and methodologies. Develop and document functional specifications, test cases, and business process workflows. Support clients during the transition to new financial systems, ensuring smooth adoption and integration. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for financial systems and processes.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a Finance Functional Consultant or in a similar finance role. + Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Financials (Cloud) modules including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (FA/AA), Cash Management, Budgeting and Expense Management. + In-depth understanding of financial processes, accounting principles, and statutory compliance.
+ Experience in end-to-end finance ERP implementations, including requirement gathering, process blueprinting, configuration, testing, data migration, and Go-Live support.
+ Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into ERP solutions.
+ Experience in financial reporting, statutory reporting, management reporting, and dashboards.
+ Knowledge of integration points between finance modules and other ERP modules such as Procurement, Payroll, and HR.
+ Experience in data migration, reconciliation, and validation during implementations or upgrades.
+ Strong skills in SQL, BI reporting tools (OBIEE, OTBI, BOBJ), Excel, and financial analytics.
+ Ability to conduct workshops, end-user training, and prepare functional documentation.
+ Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
+ Experience in post-implementation support, issue resolution, and continuous process improvement.
+ Awareness of project management methodologies, ERP governance, and compliance requirements.
+ Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
