The Role
Position Title: Finance Director Employment Type: Full Time Salary: all inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Ajman/Sharjah, UAE About the Client: A well-established group in the food manufacturing industry, leading the manufacturing of high premium-grade wheat products : \xe2\x80\xa2 Oversee all financial activities and provide strategic guidance to senior leadership to support the company\'s growth objectives. \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage cost accounting processes to accurately track manufacturing costs and analyze variances against budgeted targets. \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage banking relationships and debt financing arrangements, negotiating favorable terms and minimizing financial risk exposure. \xe2\x80\xa2 Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, supply chain, and sales teams to align financial objectives with overall business goals. \xe2\x80\xa2 Oversee cash flow forecasting and liquidity management to ensure adequate funds are available for day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives.

Requirements
Qualifications: \xe2\x80\xa2 50 years old and below \xe2\x80\xa2 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field \xe2\x80\xa2 MBA or CPA preferred \xe2\x80\xa2 At least 15 years of proven experience in a senior finance role within the same industry \xe2\x80\xa2 Solid background in cost accounting principles, manufacturing processes, and supply chain management. \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficiency in financial modelling, forecasting, and budgeting techniques. \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent leadership skills, with a track record of building and motivating high-performing teams. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment \xe2\x80\xa2 Candidates who can join immediately will be prioritized
