WeaEUR(TM)re looking for a dynamic and experienced Finance Director to lead our hospitalaEUR(TM)s financial operations. This critical leadership role oversees accounting, financial reporting, cash management, and internal controls to ensure compliance, efficiency, and transparency. Key Responsibilities: Manage all financial operations, including general accounting, audits, budgets, and reporting Implement robust internal controls to safeguard hospital assets Lead and develop the accounting team Analyze, reconcile, and present financial data to management Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations Qualifications: BacheloraEUR(TM)s or MasteraEUR(TM)s in Accounting Proven experience in finance leadership, preferably in healthcare Strong analytical, communication, and computer skills Familiarity with medical terminology and hospital environments is a plus Please send your resume/CV
