Job Description

We are looking for a Finance Director for overseeing the company's

financial strategy, internal controls, audit, compliance, and risk management

functions.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement the company's

financial strategy

, budgeting, and forecasting processes. Oversee financial planning, cash flow management, cost control, and profitability analysis. Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior management and the Board. Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements in compliance. Conduct periodic audits of financial, operational, and compliance functions. Identify financial, operational, and regulatory risks and recommend mitigation strategies. Monitor and report on the implementation of audit findings and corrective actions. Oversee accounting, taxation, VAT compliance, and financial reporting processes. Establish strong

internal controls

over revenue recognition, billing, collections, and expenses. Review contracts, pricing structures, and client agreements from a financial and risk perspective. Supervise finance, accounts, and compliance teams. Maintain transparent communication with shareholders, auditors, and regulators. Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping aligned with regulatory standard

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
