Finance Director (Head of Finance) -- E?commerce (Dubai) | Full?time or Fractional
The role (80/20):
Build a finance engine that improvesgross margin, cash runway, and decision speed
.Key outcomes (90-180 days):
Monthly close ? 5 business days
with board?ready pack (P&L/CF/BS + LTV/CAC cohorts).Gross margin +3-5 pts
via pricing, COGS, and freight optimization.SKU?level contribution
& inventory ageing dashboards live.AP/AR controls
, working?capital plan, andUAE VAT
compliance locked. If needed, model & secure aworking?capital facility
.What you'll do
Own
FP&A, budgeting, unit economics
; partner with GM & Growth. Implement or hardenERP/light inventory + reconciliation
; audit?readiness. Manage external accountants, banks, and (if relevant) investors.Must?haves
E?commerce/D2C finance leadership;
