Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all aspects of the finance function, including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's strategic objectives.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Monitor cash flow and financial performance, providing analysis and recommendations to senior management.
• Manage relationships with external auditors, financial institutions, and other stakeholders.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• Proven experience as a Finance Director or in a senior financial management role.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting and analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across departments.
