- Develop and implement financial strategies to support the companys growth and profitability goals.
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Monitor financial performance and provide insights to senior management for decision-making.
- Manage financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and financial standards.
- Lead financial risk management and mitigation efforts.
- Collaborate with other departments to drive cross-functional initiatives and support business objectives.
- Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including investors, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior financial leadership role within the FMCG industry.
- Strong knowledge of the oil and fats business with experience in the Middle East, Southeast Asia (SEA), and Africa regions.
- Strategic thinker with a track record of driving financial performance and growth.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with financial regulations, compliance standards, and risk management practices.
