Job Description
Our client is an Investment Company in Dubai engaged with in the management and leasing of real estate properties in residential, commercial, retail and mixed user sector in the real estate industry.
They are looking to hire a talented Finance support for a 6-month temporary contract who can join immediately. :
Candidates that can undergo data transformation of large volumes of supplier, customer, and operational data within MS Excel.
Providing reconciled ledger balances as per required formats from Tally ERP to Oracle NetSuite.
Liaising with senior accountants and property management to consolidate, review, and finalize data required for Oracle NetSuite implementation.
Resolving any technical issues resulting from post-implementation and to be able to spot any discrepancies or missing data which is required for smooth system implementation. Job Requirements:
Good knowledge of MS Excel.
Minimum bachelors degree in accounting & finance
Strong technical accounting knowledge.
Basic understanding of Oracle ERP systems.
Background in real estate is a plus.
