Manage daily transactions, invoicing, and cash flow.
Prepare monthly financial reports and reconcile bank statements.
Support payroll, petty cash, and vendor payments.
Assist with analyses, budgeting and audits.
Customer Service
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
Manage bookings as needed and coordinate for timely service.
Resolve complaints and follow up on feedback.
Follow up on invoice payments and collections.
HR & Admin
Maintain staff records, leave tracking and in-house HR / visa processing activities.
Support onboarding/offboarding and maintain compliance with UAE Labor Law.
Coordinate with management and PRO for staff contracts, renewals, and legal documentation.
Implement standard company HR policies and practices.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree
in Finance, Business Admin, or related field
2-4 years of experience in finance, HR and customer service (transport/hospitality is a plus)
Familiar with UAE Labor Law and HR processes
Proficient in accounting software (QuickBooks, Tally) and MS Excel
Fluent in English
Highly organized, professional appearance, and a client-first mindset.
