Key Responsibilities:
Accounting Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate books of accounts including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
Prepare financial statements, monthly and annual reports.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Process invoices, payments, and payroll in a timely manner.
Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and statutory requirements (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.).
Coordinate with external auditors and manage audit documentation.
Manage petty cash and daily banking transactions.
Monitor cash flow and report regularly to management.
Administrative Responsibilities:
Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial and administrative records.
Support HR with employee records, leave management, and recruitment coordination and Attendance.
Coordinate meetings, appointments,
Ensure compliance with internal policies and administrative procedures.
Liaise with vendors, service providers, and government departments as needed.
Qualifications and Skills:
Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience in finance and administration.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, especially Excel.
Good understanding of financial regulations and compliance.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
High level of integrity and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and handle confidential information.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in handling both finance and admin in a small to medium-sized company.
Knowledge of local labor laws and HR processes is a plus.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
