The Role
You will be responsible for :

• Acting as a key business partner in tracking performance and driving profitability.
• Managing the budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning process.
• Performance analysis and implementing actions to support strategy.
• Managing banking relationships, cash management and other treasury related activities.
• Ensuring compliance with financial processes, systems and policies.
• Providing an oversight on tax, internal controls and audit related matters.

This is a full-time Financial Controller role at Smartank Business Consulting based in Lusaka. The role involves tasks such as financial statements analysis, financial reporting, accounting, and utilizing analytical skills to support financial decision-making. This is an on-site position.
Ideal Profile
xc2xb7 Chartered Accountant from India (ICAI) / CPA / ICFAI is mandatory
xc2xb7 Financial Statements, Financial Reporting, and Accounting skills
xc2xb7 Analytical Skills in finance
xc2xb7 Experience in financial management and reporting
xc2xb7 Knowledge of financial analysis and forecasting
xc2xb7 Chartered Accountant certification
xc2xb7 Strong understanding of finance principles and regulations
xc2xb7 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
xc2xb7 Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
