Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly competent and detail-oriented

Financial Consultant

with hands-on experience in bookkeeping, month-end closing, financial statement preparation, and bank reconciliations. The role requires strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to support end-to-end financial processes. Candidates with prior experience in the

power or energy sector

and exposure to a

Big 4 accounting firm

will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate financial records including journal entries, AP/AR, and general ledger functions. Execute monthly and yearly closing activities, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting. Prepare financial statements including profit and loss, balance sheets, and cash flow reports. Conduct thorough bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders, including auditors and senior management, to support financial reporting and decision-making. Assist in the development and enforcement of financial policies, internal controls, and accounting procedures. Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities. Drive process improvements to enhance financial accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.

Qualifications & Experience:

Professional Qualification

: ACCA, CA, or CPA -

fully or partially qualified

. Minimum 3

to 5 years

of relevant experience in finance and accounting. Strong background in consolidation and financial reporting is a must. Demonstrated ability to manage and engage with stakeholders at various levels. Experience in the

power or energy industry

will be considered an asset. Previous

Big 4 experience

will add significant value. Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems; advanced Microsoft Excel skills preferred.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED13,000.00 per month
