UAE banking environment

, can confidently pitch financial products, and are hungry to grow their income and career.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage potential customers to offer

personal finance

Generate new business via cold calls, field visits, and networking Educate clients about eligibility, terms, documentation, and benefits of financial products Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients for repeat business Meet and exceed individual sales targets on a monthly basis Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and conversions

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum

1 year of experience

in

personal loan sales

,

DSA

, or

banking products

Strong communication and client interaction skills Comfortable with both in-office and field sales Goal-oriented and able to thrive in a performance-driven culture Ability to explain complex financial terms in a simple and convincing manner Bachelor's degree is a plus (not mandatory) Candidates with

loan sales

credit card sales

, or

financial telesales

experience preferred
