We are looking for an

SAP Finance Compliance & Transition Expert

to ensure our financial processes meet compliance standards while managing smooth SAP system transitions. The ideal candidate will combine deep SAP Finance expertise with strong compliance and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure SAP Finance processes comply with

IFRS, SOX, GAAP, GDPR

, and local regulations. Lead finance-related transitions including

SAP upgrades (ECC to S/4HANA)

, migrations, and new module implementations. Analyze and optimize financial processes for compliance, efficiency, and automation. Collaborate with auditors, compliance officers, IT teams, and finance stakeholders. Identify compliance and transition risks, conduct impact assessments, and develop mitigation plans. Develop and deliver training programs to support change management. Maintain documentation for compliance controls, process changes, and audit trails. Stay up to date with regulatory changes, SAP updates, and industry best practices.

Requirements:

8-10 years in SAP Finance modules (

GL, AP, AR, AA, CO

) and configuration. Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and compliance frameworks. Experience with SAP data migration tools, interface technologies, and integrations. Skilled in process mapping, risk assessment, and project management.
