Overview of the Role
As a Finance Business Partner - EV Finance UAE, you will play a critical role in driving financial performance and strengthening governance across EV finance operations. Reporting to the Finance Manager - EV Finance UAE, you will oversee branch accounting operations, manage a multi location finance team, and act as a trusted advisor to senior business stakeholders. This role combines strong financial control with commercial insight, offering high autonomy and visibility within the business.
What You Will Do
- Lead the preparation and consolidation of annual budgets and monthly/quarterly forecasts, working closely with business and finance leadership
- Deliver insightful financial reporting, MIS, variance analysis, and performance reviews to support informed decision making
- Oversee month end, quarter end, and year end closing activities, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely reporting
- Strengthen accounting controls and processes across branches to mitigate risk and ensure compliance with company policies
- Partner with operational and commercial teams to review financial performance, monitor costs, and improve profitability
- Review balance sheet accounts, resolve discrepancies, and coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure clean substantiation
- Validate CAPEX proposals, support project approvals, and conduct post investment reviews to ensure spend aligns with budgets
