As a Finance Analyst, you will play a key role in analyzing financial performance, identifying business trends, and providing actionable insights to support strategic initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
Analyze financial data and performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and risks Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and forecasts Support budgeting and forecasting processes across departments Conduct variance analysis and present findings to senior management Develop financial models to evaluate business cases, investments, and pricing strategies Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial transparency and reporting
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (CPA/CFA a plus) 5+ years of experience in a finance, FP&A, or similar analytical role (preferably in retail or trading sectors) Strong proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (Power BI preferred) Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, Zoho etc) Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
