Job Description
A leading cement manufacturer company is actively recruiting for Finance Assistant to be based in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. - Update financial spreadsheets with daily transactions.
- Maintain accounting system.
- Controlling and forecasting business/ financial expense.
- Producing financial reports and submission to relevant government entities.
- Process invoices, fees and follow up with clients, suppliers and partners as needed.
- Develop and maintain policies and procedures to safeguard company assets and insure the required level of Internal Control.
- Provide support during budget preparation and advice on financial planning and analysis.
- Handle and process Tax Filings.
- Arrange financial audit and review as required.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Bachelors\xe2\x80\x99 degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics.
- Work experience as a Finance Assistant, Finance Officer, or similar role.
- Good knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping procedures.
- Hands-on experience with accounting software packages such SAP Fico Module.
- Advanced MS Excel skills.
