- Posting purchase invoices to the Company\xe2\x80\x99s accounting applications \xe2\x80\xa2 Raising sales invoices on the Company\xe2\x80\x99s accounting applications \xe2\x80\xa2 Submission of sales invoices to customers \xe2\x80\xa2 Payroll processing via the UAE WPS Wages Protection System \xe2\x80\xa2 Management of Petty Cash \xe2\x80\xa2 Company Credit Card and Petty Cash Reconciliation \xe2\x80\xa2 Posting supplier payments to our online banking system \xe2\x80\xa2 Registering and updating customer and supplier information on the Company\xe2\x80\x99s systems \xe2\x80\xa2 Support Bank and Account Reconciliation \xe2\x80\xa2 Support Credit Control function where required \xe2\x80\xa2 Processing internal staff and contractors\xe2\x80\x99 expenses \xe2\x80\xa2 Developing a relationship with Exchange agencies Driver duties: hand delivery of invoices to clients, collect and bank cheques where required \xe2\x80\xa2 Note and Report discrepancies found in records \xe2\x80\xa2 Answering and dealing with all queries from contractors, suppliers and clients \xe2\x80\x93 face to face meetings with Relationship Managers \xe2\x80\xa2 Filing and administration
- MUST ALREADY BE BASED IN UAE \xe2\x80\xa2 MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVING LICENSE AND VEHICLE \xe2\x80\xa2 Must have at least 2 years of experience working in Accounts payable department * Preferred someone with Aviation Sector Experience The right candidate must be professional, well-spoken and presentable \xe2\x80\xa2 Good Maths skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Attention to detail \xe2\x80\xa2 Be able to work to deadlines \xe2\x80\xa2 They will be self-motivated, highly organised and attentive \xe2\x80\xa2 Good customer service experience
