We are seeking a detail-oriented

Finance and Pricing Coordinator

to join our team and support two growing companies:

Sejourne Holiday Homes

and

FMP Homes

. This is a hands-on, full-time role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to play a vital role in improving financial efficiency, cost control, and strategic pricing.

Key Responsibilities

1. Accounting & Financial Reporting

Track income and expenses per property and per company. Prepare and issue VAT-compliant invoices to property owners. Manage Go AML registration, compliance, and updates. Produce monthly profit & loss reports for both companies. Assist with preparing and submitting monthly owner reports. Handle bank reconciliations and petty cash management.

2. Expense Monitoring

Review subscriptions, monthly expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities. Highlight unnecessary or duplicated charges. Recommend strategies to improve cash flow and reduce fixed costs. Maintain and update weekly expense trackers.

3. Pricing & Revenue Support

Monitor and adjust OTA pricing daily (especially Saison units). Analyze competitor rates and seasonal trends. Recommend discounts or campaigns to improve occupancy and revenue. Track KPIs like Occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR. Provide weekly pricing reports to management.

4. Operational & Administrative Support

Collaborate with the admin team on financial and operational follow-ups. Keep financial records, trackers, and shared folders up to date. Respond promptly to requests from senior management. Assist with external audits, FTA reporting, and compliance documentation.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and online accounting platforms. Strong understanding of UAE VAT laws and GoAML requirements. Previous experience in hospitality or real estate finance is an advantage. Highly organized, honest, discreet, and proactive. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
