Calendar Management: Maintain and manage the executive's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
Communication: Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and written correspondence. Ensure timely responses and follow-ups.
Meeting Coordination: Prepare agendas, organize meeting materials, and take minutes during meetings. Coordinate logistics for internal and external meetings.
Travel Arrangements: Plan and book travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation. Prepare travel itineraries and ensure all travel-related documents are in order.
Administrative Support: Perform various administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
Manage travel logistics and itineraries (flights, hotels, transportation, and other support as needed)
Record minutes of meetings
Maintain proper physical and digital filing of correspondence and documents
Procurement and invoicing, submitting the PR/POs in the system
Other tasks as required
