Role Overview

We are hiring a

female Finance & Operations Assistant

with

3-4 years of proven UAE experience

in both accounts and logistics/operations. This is a dual-role position, requiring someone detail-oriented, proactive, and well-versed in

Zoho Books

.

Key Responsibilities

Finance & Accounts

Manage day-to-day accounting using

Zoho Books

(invoicing, payments, reconciliations). Maintain accurate financial records and prepare monthly reports. Support P&L tracking, expense monitoring, and vendor settlements. Liaise with auditors, banks, and external partners for financial compliance.

Operations & Logistics

Coordinate shipments, customs clearance, and delivery schedules. Manage purchase orders, order processing, and operational documentation. Track inventory and assist with stock management. Prepare MIS reports covering both operations and finance.

Requirements

3-4 years of UAE experience in finance/accounts and logistics/operations (mandatory).

Strong knowledge of

Zoho Books

. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

Preferred Candidate

Female candidate currently based in the UAE. Prior exposure to the ELV/security industry will be an advantage.
