Finance And Operations Assistant Banking

Job Description
- Expense control function - budget checking and tracking, initiating and monitoring approval process
- Accounting - Maintaining GL trackers, preparing JVs,
- Control function - Nostro recon, reviewing and circulating Nostro statements etc.
- Assisting in VAT related work - invoicing, maintain VAT records, Updating VAT return
- Reporting - Management Information Systems, Regulatory reporting assistance
- Others - Operational assistance, any other appropriate work given by Head of Support Services
Contract length: 12 months Salary: AED8,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Bachelor's (Preferred)
- budget checking: 5 years (Preferred)
- Accounting: 5 years (Preferred)
- Maintaining GL trackers: 5 years (Preferred)
- Nostro Reconciliation System: 5 years (Preferred)
- Updating VAT return: 5 years (Preferred)
