Job Description
- Handle all kind of operations for opening business bank accounts in UAE
- Open business bank accounts for new businesses
- Collect, review and submit required documents for account opening
- Establish solid relationship with bankers
- Follow up with bankers and RMs for bank account opening requests
- Solve problems during the account opening process
- Make sure debit card, cheque book and other physical materials is received by clients
- Help clients setting up online banking after account is opened
- Manage relationship with account opening bankers and RMs.
- Establish new contacts in banks
- Create data sheets for each bank and its requirements
- Start, follow up and finish each bank account application
- Help opening personal bank accounts for residents
- Collect and extend information on corporate account in all banks in UAE
- Find solutions for financial and accounting related services when needed by clients such as POS machines, online gateways, money transfer, WPS etc. via external parties and pass information to management
- Document information and contact details on the new solutions
- Assess existing client needs and offer financial services
- Extend third party accountant and banker network
- Document requirements and process for company account and update information regularly
