Job Responsibilities: 1- In collaboration with the CEO and finance department to formulate and implements annual financial strategies. 2- Manage and direct cash flow and investment portfolio in conjunction with finance department and CEO. 3- Oversee, coordinate, and prepare operating budgets, financial forecasts, and financial statements. 4- Participate as a member of the leadership team in strategic planning to achieve company mission and goals. 5- Maintain General Ledger for operating budgets/department. 6- Generate monthly Financial Statements for each budget/department. 7- Direct and monitors the daily operations of the finance department and maintains the systems of internal accounting controls. 8- Monitor performance and compliance of retirement, medical, dental, life, and all other benefits provided by company. 9- Analyzing financial information and summarizing financial status. 10- Prepare financial statements and produce budget according to schedule. 11- Direct internal and external audits to ensure compliance. 12- Support month-end and year-end close process. 13- Supervise and maintain financial records and monitoring systems to record and reconcile expenditures, balances, payments, statements and other data for day-to-day transactions and reports. 14- Select and enter data from a wide variety of documents, verifying accuracy by checking sources, making necessary calculations and assuring inclusion of all relevant data. 15- Prepare recurring reports as scheduled and special reports as required for budget preparation, audits or other reasons. 16- Prepare detailed cost estimates and participate in budget analysis and projections as required. 17- Collecting, interpreting and reviewing financial information. 18- Predicting future financial trends. 19- Reporting to management and stakeholders, and providing advice how the company and future business decisions might be impacted. 20- Producing financial reports related to budgets, account payables, account receivables, expenses etc. 21- Developing long-term business plans based on these reports 22- Developing strategies that work to minimize financial risk. 23- Establishing internal controls and guidelines for accounting transactions and budget preparation. 24- Overseeing the production of periodic financial reports; ensures that the reported results comply with GAAP or IFRS. 25- Responsible for tax planning throughout the fiscal year; files annual corporate tax return. 26- Auditing accounts to ensure compliance with government regulations; coordinates with outside auditors and provides needed information for the annual external audit. 27- Presents recommendations to management on short- and long-term financial objectives and policies. 28- Provides financial analysis with an emphasis on capital investments, pricing decisions, and contract negotiations. 29- Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned. Job Requirements: 1- Minimum bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in accounting and finance. 2- Minimum 5 Years\xe2\x80\x99 Experience in accounting 3- Administration of Employee Benefits 4- Payroll Systems and Reporting 5- English languages Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education:
  • Bachelor\'s (Preferred)
Experience:
  • UAE Finance and Accounting: 5 years (Preferred)
