FINANCE ANALYST SUPPLY CHAIN

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Period end accruals and open POs follow ups and settlement monthly
Month end closing and analysis where required monthly
Cost / Expense analysis regularly
Analyse inventory risks and complete follow ups regularly
Account reconciliations regularly
Periodic inventory counts occasional
Liaise with, and prepare documentation for Dubai and JAFZA authorities where necessary regularly
Support the preparation of export documentation and LCs regularly
Employees credit card management \xe2\x80\x93 checking and following up on claims and statements monthly
Support administration for outbound logistics regularly
Ad hoc support for controllership team and commercial finance team as and when necessary regularly
Support the Plant Finance BP wherever necessary , and provide back up to SC finance when he is absent regularly
Ad hoc support for regional controllership team and commercial finance team as and when required

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Partial accountancy qualification 3-5 years within an accountancy department of a manufacturing company
Knowledge of SAP Foreign trade experience
Export & Import Knowledge and understanding of Dubai and JAFZA authorities
Team player
Able to influence others without formal authority
Good communication skills
Culturally aware
Self motivated and action orientated
Inquisitive
Highly diverse cultural region , requiring knowledge and understanding of how to interact appropriately
