YOUR OPPORTUNITY

Reporting to the Procurement to Payment Supervisor, the PTP Team Lead will support the Finance organization in the Accounts Payable function including balance sheet reconciliation, managing vendor payments, different bank platforms, cash flow management and client services as well as understanding all the Accounts Payable flow to give proper resolutions on time.

We are looking for a leader capable to support different internal and external customers as well as drive efficient solutions to multiple teams.
Responsibilities
WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART YOUR KEY FOCUS WILL BE
  • Work as end to end Team Lead for Purchase to Pay operation including balance sheet reconciliation, business variances, managing vendor payments, different bank platforms, cash flow management and SOX controls.
  • Provide functional expertise to the whole team to efficiently route and close all escalated items.
  • Identify and support continuous improvement opportunities within the Accounts Payable flow.
  • Lead calls and communication with internal and external users to resolve outstanding balances and reconciliation discrepancies to define proper solutions.
  • Support other teams and processes within AP if required.
Skills and Experience
THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR LEGACY
  • Demonstrate a strong (and collaborative) leadership style that empowers the work team to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Previous experience in Purchase to Pay Operations with high knowledge in ASAP and bank platforms. (EDI, Einvoicing, SRM (Purchasing software), OCR, Direct debit experience is preferred).
  • Detail oriented with the ability to capture information in a clear, concise manner and can adapt information for various audiences with strong analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.
  • University degree in Business/Finance or related discipline, preferred
  • Foreign language skills English 85% (French, Italian, Portuguese, German, preferred)
