Position: Finance Analyst Level: 6 Position Reports To: Finance Manager Position Location: Kuwait Position Overview: The candidate will be supporting agriculture division with meaningful business and financial intelligence. The job holder is expected to contribute to the overall business planning, strategy, and reporting. Key Responsibilities: Develop an understanding of the process, measures, and value drivers for the business. Build reports to provide business intelligence and analytical support to the stakeholders, on topics like: Key performance indicators/measures Financial and operational metrics Budgets and forecasts, including cash flow and working capital projection Business development opportunities Benchmark and market studies Revenue maximization, promotion planning and pricing Cost minimization, operational efficiency and process improvement Capital expenditure approvals Ensure that all business operations are complying the defined procedures regularly and without any exceptions Identify, document, and ensure communication of key risks to Management on a time to time basis. Ensure that key business process are properly documented and approved by way of policies and procedures, SOPs. Update the policies and procedures and SOPs on time to time basis in light with the new changes in the business process Candidate Requirements Professionally qualified CA/CPA/ACCA/MBA or equivalent. 4-5 years of post-qualification professional experience within finance domain in bank or similar industry. Strong analytical skills; should be capable of identifying and interpreting key business drivers. Previous experience with ERP systems like SAP/Oracle and analytical platforms like Tableau/Power BI is desirable. Self-starter, able to work across functions and in teams. Results-driven, with the ability to perform on unstructured assignments. Positive attitude and flexibility to work in a multicultural environment. Fluency in English; strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
