Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Management

Develop, implement, and monitor financial strategies to support business growth and profitability. Oversee day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and general ledger. Manage cash flow, working capital, and liquidity to ensure smooth operations. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

Budgeting & Reporting

Lead annual budgeting and forecasting processes in coordination with management. Provide timely and accurate financial reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, variance analysis). Advise management on financial risks, opportunities, and corrective actions.

Compliance & Audit

Ensure compliance with UAE Federal Tax Authority (FTA) regulations including VAT filings and reporting. Liaise with external auditors, banks, and government authorities as required. Good knowledge of Coperative Tax Implement and enforce internal controls to safeguard company assets.

Team Leadership & Coordination

Supervise and mentor the finance/accounts team (accountants, clerks, etc.). Ensure timely and accurate salary disbursements through WPS. Review and approve financial transactions, reconciliations, and supplier/customer accounts.

Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, IFRS, and UAE financial regulations. Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and leadership abilities. High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master's or professional certifications such as CPA/ACCA/CA preferred). Minimum 5-7 years of progressive accounting/finance experience, preferably in F&B, retail, or hospitality. Proven track record in managing financial operations, reporting, and compliance. Fluency in English required; Arabic is an advantage
