Job Description

Al Rasikhoon Real Estate is seeking a qualified and experienced Accounts Manager to oversee the financial operations of our Ajman branch. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in accounting within the UAE, preferably in the real estate or construction sector, with a proven ability to manage a team and ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Oversight & Reporting:

Supervise the day-to-day accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations. Prepare timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Lead the budgeting and forecasting process in collaboration with senior management.

Compliance & Audit:

Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations, including VAT and other statutory requirements. Coordinate and support external audits and liaise with auditors to ensure timely completion. Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets.

Strategic Planning & Analysis:

Analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations for cost optimization and business performance. Monitor cash flow and manage working capital effectively. Provide strategic input on financial planning, risk management, and business decisions.

Team Management & Leadership:

Lead and mentor the accounting team, ensuring continuous development and performance. Establish clear policies and procedures in line with company and industry standards.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA/CA is a plus). Minimum 5-7 years of UAE experience in a similar role, preferably within real estate or construction. Strong knowledge of accounting systems, ERP tools, and MS Excel. Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills. Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
