Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. MBA or CPA designation preferred. With UAE Attestation.
Minimum 5 years' experience as a Finance and Accounting Manager in the real estate industry.
Familiarity with real estate accounting principles and regulations.
Working knowledge of ERP applicable to Real Estate.
Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
