Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance & Accounting Fresh Graduate to join our team. The role will provide hands-on exposure to financial reporting, accounting operations, and analysis. The ideal candidate should have strong numerical aptitude, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in preparing journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements. Support the month-end and year-end closing processes. Maintain accurate financial records and documentation. Assist with accounts payable and receivable processing. Support in preparing management reports, budgets, and forecasts. Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements. Provide support during audits and assist in gathering required information. Conduct research and analysis to support financial decision-making. Perform other ad hoc finance and accounting tasks as assigned by the team.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (fresh graduates encouraged to apply). Basic knowledge of accounting principles (IFRS/GAAP preferred). Strong analytical and numerical skills. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Good communication and interpersonal skills. High attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills. * Eagerness to learn and grow in a professional finance environment.
