for one of our clients with the following details:

Qualification and Experience Required:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electronics, or a related field. Demonstrated experience with radar systems, including troubleshooting and maintenance. Solid knowledge of radar hardware/software, signal processing, and system calibration. Proficiency in reading technical drawings, diagrams, and manuals. Skilled in using diagnostic tools and testing equipment. Experience with RF systems and antennas is advantageous. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Fluent in English (additional languages such as French, Dutch, or Arabic are a plus). Eligible for security clearance to access restricted/military sites. Flexible to travel frequently, work shifts, and operate in various environments. Strong autonomy and time management skills.
We are seeking a Field Support Engineer specializing in Radar Systems to join a dynamic team providing on-site technical support, maintenance, and operational assistance for advanced radar equipment across naval and land-based platforms. This role is essential in ensuring system availability and client satisfaction, with responsibilities spanning installation, diagnostics, preventive maintenance, and user support.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver field support for radar systems installation, configuration, and maintenance. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on-site and remotely. Conduct system inspections, preventive maintenance, and upgrades. Manage system configurations and ensure compliance with technical requirements. Provide training and guidance to users and maintenance teams. Collaborate with engineering and project teams for escalations and complex issue resolution. Support logistics by managing spare parts tracking and maintenance activity planning. Generate technical reports and feedback analysis to support continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company procedures. Stay updated on radar technologies and internal solutions portfolio.
