Partner with the best Drilling and Completion Fluids Specialist position is a drilling fluid operation field role that is responsible to execute and deliver service delivery but not limited to Service quality and performance progress. The job will require interact customer representative, technical and operational to maintain clear and effective communication across service execution and delivery areas at the rig site. Drilling and Completion Fluids Specialist will be able to follow critical pre-planning to enhance service quality, minimize NPT's and enhance service delivery efficiency through KPI's reports and performance records. As a Drilling and Completion Fluids Specialist, you will be responsible for: · Prepare, maintain & condition Drilling fluids, follow fluid program recommendations with specific technical operational planning. · Identify, evaluate potential well related problems, assist the customer with technical recommendation from well predictive analysis and offset. · Understand products details, primary function & chemical composition. · Identify, evaluate potential well related problems, assist the customer with technical recommendation from well predictive analysis and offset. · Display capacity to maintain drilling fluids systems with an efficient technical plan, document and report problems encountered in well site throughout Baker Hughes incident reporting system. · Report any incident, plan change or deviation through Baker Hughes tools, discussion with the operation team. Assist to follow up NPT, Incident investigation and root cause are closed. · Support generate (MOC), responsible for with client's approval interphase process with, foreman's, well engineer. · Perform laboratory and pilot tests regularly as per operations dictate. Maintain fluids properties within the parameters described in drilling fluid program. · Support to enhance management visibility regarding service quality with our customer, HSE inductions and meetings, audits, employee discussion aligned with performance review and goals. · Conducting Drilling Fluid wellsite activities, providing field services execution (onshore/offshore) related to field supervision, testing, mixing and mud conditioning, that include technical analysis and product recommendations to maintain stable fluid properties. · Maintain direct contact with customer to report operation changes/updates in the well site. Provide regular support to assist rig operations in providing an optimized well delivery process with improved service quality and performance. · Contribute with measurable performance goals that include personal and competency efficiencies focus on: Service Delivery performance improvement, support critical well operations gaps, follow up. · Maintain constant communication field team, and customer.

Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering. Educational certificate / professional education in Well Maintenance. Have a minimum of 8 years of experience in Drilling Fluids. Prior experiences in the Chemicals industry. DF Software and reporting, fluid preparation, conditioning, laboratory testing. Ability to predict, follow sales plans according to, service quality planning, conformity. Have excellent functional, technical, customer focus, communication, interpersonal, and team working skills. Working in remote areas in both onshore and offshore fields on rotational schedule. Ability to adapt to work on different shifts as assigned by the Supervisor. Ability to understand basic chemistry, mathematics, fluids mechanics and perform engineering calculation. Excellent forecasting skills to ensure all resources are requested and align all stakeholders on time. Conducting all business activities in accordance with company HSE policies, legal compliance requirements and core values. Review all game plans of drilling operations on regular basis and verify all instructions are compatible with fluids, pressures and correct volumes and give recommendation to enhance the instructions.
