Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced

Field Salesman

to join our sales team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a background in

ice cream, frozen foods, or FMCG

industries, along with strong communication and customer service skills. This is a field-based role involving route-based selling and customer relationship management.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Sales & Revenue Goals

Achieve assigned sales targets by promoting and selling company products to retail outlets. Continuously explore new opportunities to increase sales in the assigned territory.

Customer Engagement

Build strong, lasting relationships with both new and existing clients. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely service and support.

Territory Coverage

Adhere to daily journey plans and ensure all scheduled customer visits are completed. Monitor performance across the route and adjust plans as needed.

Sales Operations & Admin

Follow standard procedures and complete necessary sales documentation daily. Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless operations.

Market Intelligence

Report on customer feedback, competitor activity, and product performance within the market. Suggest actionable insights to improve territory coverage and product movement.

Payments & Collections

Monitor outstanding invoices and follow up with clients to ensure timely payments.

Expiry & Stock Management

Identify and withdraw near-expiry or expired stock and ensure it is returned as per company policy.

Asset & Equipment Care

Maintain assigned company vehicle and in-store equipment (racks, displays) in good condition. Report any damage or issues promptly to the relevant department.

Retail Development

Maximize product visibility by optimizing rack placement and ensuring full product range is displayed. Expand presence by identifying new retail locations and negotiating space.

Coordination with Logistics

Work closely with the supply chain team to ensure timely fulfillment of orders and resolve delivery-related issues.

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum

2-3 years of experience

in a field sales role within Ice Cream, Frozen Foods, or FMCG (compulsory). Must hold a

valid UAE manual driving license

. Proactive attitude and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
