Job Description

We are currently seeking experienced and motivated Field Sales Professionals for outdoor sales and client engagement. This role requires a proactive, customer-focused, and communicative individual who can confidently represent our brand in the field, build strong client relationships, and drive consistent sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outdoor sales visits to engage new and existing clients Present and promote products/services directly to potential customers Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions to meet business goals Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets Maintain organized records of sales activities, appointments, and feedback Represent the company professionally during site visits, meetings, and events Provide accurate reports on market trends, client needs, and competitor activity Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and support

Candidate Requirements:

Proven experience in outdoor/field sales or client engagement roles Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Highly proactive, organized, and target-driven Customer-focused with a passion for building long-term relationships Ability to manage time effectively and work independently Strong negotiation and presentation skills Valid UAE driving license (preferred or required depending on your criteria)

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,500.00 per month
