Develop and implement sales strategies to promote and sell structural solutions to clients within the construction industry. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations, highlighting the technical benefits and advantages. Provide technical support and guidance throughout the project planning and execution phases. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of solutions into client projects. Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and contracts, ensuring clarity on all terms. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and project progress. Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to overall business growth. Very good communication and presentation skills. Ability to negotiate. Flexible responsibilities beyond the job description. Liaising with clients and a variety of professionals including architects, structural engineers, developers, contractors, and subcontractors. Communicate with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers as needed. Provide assistance to the Operation Manager as needed to support ongoing projects and operational requirements.
Qualification

Education: Civil Engineering. Minimum 2 years' experience in construction industry in UAE. Must have sales experience (outdoor). Must have driving license and access to a vehicle. Must have own visa. Available immediately.
